The Rich Brow was created with one idea at its heart: that a beauty salon should feel genuinely welcoming to everyone who walks through the door. We opened in Sydney CBD because we wanted to be accessible to the office worker squeezing in a lash appointment at lunch, the bride preparing for the most important day of her life, the flight attendant who needs to look polished before a long-haul flight, and the international visitor who wants to feel at home.

I had such a lovely experience here! From the moment I walked in, the host made me feel so welcome and even served me a delicious cup of tea, which was such a thoughtful touch. Bibi did an amazing job on my nails and lashes—they turned out exactly how I wanted them. She was professional, friendly, and had excellent customer service throughout my appointment. The salon had a relaxing atmosphere, (i literally fell asleep while getting my eyelashes done) and I left feeling so happy with the results. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

I had such a lovely experience at The Rich Brow! The facial massage was incredibly relaxing, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were warm, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. I also loved that they used KORA Organics products—they felt amazing on my skin, and my face was left feeling refreshed and glowing. My eyebrow waxing was done beautifully as well! Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend The Rich Brow to anyone looking for a relaxing treatment and excellent service. I look forward to visiting again!
